You can cancel CalBuddy any time. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling simply stops the next renewal.
Where to cancel
CalBuddy is billed by card through the web (Stripe), not through the App Store or Google Play — so you cancel from your billing page, not your phone's subscription settings.
- Ask your coach in the chat — just say "I want to cancel". Your coach sends you a personal Cancel subscription button that opens your billing page.
- On the billing page, choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. Your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period.
There's no cancellation fee, and you can resubscribe later any time.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- You won't be charged again.
- Your data and plan are kept for a while in case you come back, so you can pick up where you left off. If you'd like your data removed as well, see How CalBuddy handles your data + how to delete it.
Want a refund too?
