If your coach has gone quiet, it's almost always one of a few simple things. Work down this list.
On WhatsApp
- Send CalBuddy a message first. On WhatsApp, a business can only reply inside a conversation you started. If you haven't messaged CalBuddy yet, open wa.me/15553221699 and send "Hi".
- Check you accepted messages. If WhatsApp asked whether to receive messages from CalBuddy, make sure you tapped Allow.
- Check your connection and that WhatsApp is up to date (update it in your app store).
- Confirm you're messaging the right number — use the WhatsApp button on calbuddy.app to be sure.
- Still nothing? A small number of accounts can't receive business messages at all — see "Couldn't be delivered": accepting WhatsApp business messages.
On Telegram

Tap Start / send
/start. Telegram bots can only message you after you start them. - Check you're on the official bot: @calbuddyai_bot (watch out for copycats).
- Check your connection and resend your message.
