CalBuddy works in WhatsApp on a normal, up-to-date phone. Here's what you need.
Requirements
- An active WhatsApp account on your phone number.
- The latest version of WhatsApp. Older versions can fail to receive business messages — update WhatsApp in your app store if replies aren't arriving.
- A working internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).
WhatsApp itself isn't available in a small number of countries; if WhatsApp doesn't work where you are, you can use CalBuddy on Telegram with the same subscription — see Getting started.
Devices
- Works on WhatsApp for iPhone and Android.
- WhatsApp Web / Desktop mirror your phone, so CalBuddy works there too as long as your phone is connected.
If messages still aren't arriving
Update WhatsApp first, then see I'm not receiving messages from CalBuddy. If your account simply can't accept business messages, see "Couldn't be delivered": accepting WhatsApp business messages.
