CalBuddy lives in your messaging app — there's nothing to install. You just open a chat and say hello.
On WhatsApp
- Open wa.me/15553221699 on your phone (or tap the WhatsApp button on calbuddy.app).
- Send a message — "Hi" is enough.
- Tap "Allow" if WhatsApp asks whether to receive messages from CalBuddy. This step is what lets your coach reply (see I'm not receiving messages from CalBuddy).
On Telegram
- Open CalBuddy: @calbuddyai_bot
- Tap Start (or send
/start).
What happens next
Your coach greets you and starts a short setup — your goal, your basics, and your first plan. See Meeting your coach: onboarding & your first plan. You won't log any food until your plan is ready.
If you already paid on the website
- On WhatsApp: message CalBuddy from the same phone number you entered at checkout — your subscription is recognised automatically.
- On Telegram: use the link on your confirmation page/email to open the bot, or tell your coach "I already bought" and confirm the email you paid with — we'll send you a 6-digit code to link your account.
